This episode shows that he’s not right while denying his talent in combining factual information presented in a funny and understandable way. He may not be traditional journalist, but his reports are very interesting and insightful. In the interview John Oliver comes across as harsh towards Edward Snowden but just because he knows that Snowden is vastly more intelligent than the majority of Americans and often forgets that when he talks about government surveillance, so John was trying to get him to ‘break it it down’ as much as possible so the average American could care and understand about it.
